Yet Another Case Booked Against Ravi Prakash

Nothing seems to be going in favour of former TV9 CEO Ravi Prakash ever since he had a clash with Alandha Media which owns majority stake in Associated Broadcasting Company Limited (ABCL). He was arrested recently on charges of misusing the funds of TV9 and the court remanded him till 18th of October.

To make matters worse, One more case was filed against Ravi Prakash on charges of creating a Fake ID by name Natarajan using iLabs. Case was registered under Section 406/66 of the IT Act. Using PT Warrant, Ravi Prakash was shifted to Miyapur Court from Chanchalguda Central Prison.

On October 16th, High Court issued a stay order on further investigation into the FIR registered against the Former TV9 CEO. Ravi Prakash's Counsel Pradyumma Kumar Reddy reported to the court that Cops registered fresh FIR on October 4th to arrest his Client who was earlier granted anticipatory bail. Next hearing of the plea seeking quash of the FIR has been posted to November 2nd.

Even before he could breath a sigh of relief with stay order issued by the High Court, Ravi Prakash received the shock of his life in the form of fresh case booked against him. Looks like, The troubles of this Media Honcho won't end anytime soon.
