Outside Food Should Be Allowed In Multiplexes!

Update: 2018-07-14 08:38 GMT
For all the weekend movie lovers, Maharashtra Government took a sensational decision to allow outside food into the multiplexes following High Court orders.

We normally spend 1000 to 2000 rupees on an average weekly at multiplexes if we go with family to watch a movie as just a popcorn tub costs 250/- to 280/-.

On top of that even the restaurants at these multiplexes sell food at very high prices than they do outside.

A person in Maharashtra, unable to bare the infinite growth of rates in these multiplexes that too in Mumbai and Pune, took it up as a topic for agitation and went to court demanding reduction in prices and allowance of outside food.

High Court asked the multiplex owners about why they don't allow outside food and also demanded them to show if they are rules that outside food should not be allowed in high-end plexes.

Court directed Government of Maharashtra to allow outside food into multiplexes and Government passed a G.O saying that from 1st August, outside food should be allowed in every Multiplex.

Also, Court directed Government and multiplex owners to reduce the food rate drastically and if they fail to do so in coming months, there will be serious fines and penalities issued against them by Court.

Well, social media is welcoming this move and producers are hoping that this will allow more audience to watch the move at big plexes and theatres. Many Telugu social media users are tagging Telangana Government officials and Andhra Pradesh Government officials to implement the same here too. Hope, our Governing bodies will react in positive and soon.
