YSR Soulmate lobbies for United AP

Update: 2013-11-06 14:18 GMT
Rajya Sabha member KVP Ramachandra Rao met Congress general secretary and in-charge of AP state affairs Digvijay Singh to urge the high command to keep the state united.

After the meeting, KVP claimed development and security for Seemandhra people in Hyderabad could be possible only in United AP. The senior leader said he met Digvijay only to press for Samaikyandhra. He, however, informed he would abide by the decision of Congress Working Committee (CWC).

KVP Ramachandra Rao has good relations with AICC leaders since the time YSR was chief minister of the state. Using those contacts, he is trying his best to convey to Madam Sonia that division will do good to neither of the two regions.
