Update: 2016-04-21 15:59 GMT
Team Indian cricketer Yuvraj Singh Today opined IPL has nothing to do with the water crisis in Maharashtra. In the wake of buzz that IPL 10 will be happening outside India, The ICC 2011 World Cup Champ asserts he doesn't see any reason to stop playing IPL in the country.

Lastly, Yuvraj clarifies his job as a cricketer is to play irrespective of the venue and ready to excel at anywhere.

The Bombay High Court has recently ordered shifting of IPL Matches from drought-hit Maharashtra post April 30th. This verdict affected 20 IPL Matches scheduled to be held in Mumbai, Pune and Nagpur in May 2016.

Yuvraj Singh sustained an ankle injury during ICC World T20 2016. He is recuperating from the injury and hopeful of making a comeback against Sun Risers Hyderabad match against Gujarat Lions on May 6th. He claims to have received the consent from Doctor to step on the field. But, Yuvraj has to prove his fitness before playing for Sunrisers Hyderanad in IPL 9.
