Elite businessman Elon Musk's Space X program is all set to create history. It is making moves to send an all-civilian crew for a spacewalk. As a part of Polaris Dawn, 4 astronauts have been sent to space and Falcon-9 has been launched through Kenney Space Center of Florida.

It is the first private space program and it is operated by SpaceX on behalf of billionaire Jared Isaacman. He was accompanied by Sarah Gillis, Anna Menon and Scott Poteet. It is a free-flying mission instead of getting bound by a destination.

As per the official statement, “At approximately 700 kilometers above the Earth, the crew will attempt the first-ever commercial extravehicular activity (EVA) with SpaceX-designed extravehicular activity (EVA) spacesuits, upgraded from the current intravehicular suit.”

Elon Musk took to social media and said this about the Polaris Program, “The @PolarisProgram astronaut mission is headed for an altitude 3 times higher than the Space Station, the furthest that humans have been from Earth in over half a century!”
