Indian Flights Air Switch Issue: Breaking News Out!

An Air India Boeing 787 Dreamliner has been grounded after pilots noticed a serious technical issue related to the fuel control system. The aircraft had landed in Bengaluru after flying from London.

During engine start procedures, pilots observed that a fuel control switch on one engine unexpectedly moved from the RUN position to the CUTOFF position not once, but twice. This is not normal behavior and raised immediate safety concerns.
