All is not well for KCR in Kamareddy?

Is all not well for KCR in Kamareddy? Is it turning out to be a headache for him? Is it requiring him to spend more time in the constituency than expected? These questions are being posed by political pundits who are watching the latest developments unfold in the VIP constituency.
Seeing discontent brewing in Gajwel, KCR opted for Kamareddy, which is a safe seat for the BRS. In fact, the party has been winning continuously from 2012. The last time the Congress had won was in 2004, when Shabbir Ali won from Kamareddy riding on the YSR wave. So, KCR considered it a safe seat.
However, Revanth Reddy’s decision to contest from Kamareddy has turned the tables this time. Revanth is a tough candidate, who can give KCR a run for his money. Though KCR may still get through, he could still give a tough fight. Not just that. KCR has other problems also in Kamareddy.
The biggest problem for the ruling BRS lies in the group fighting within the party. The outgoing MLA – Gampa Govardhan – has earned quite a negative reputation. The situation has come to such a pass that KCR had to personally intervene to talk to the leaders of various groups. Still there are problems within the party.
