Allu Arjun Fiasco: Abusive ACP Got Suspended Two Months Back

It is known that a huge controversy unfolded today after ACP Vishnu Murthy spoke against Allu Arjun while addressing the media today. But as it turned out, the ACP was already suspended from duties, two months ago, and he still sat in front of the media today without prior intimation to the police department.

The press conference was conducted today at the Press Club, Somajiguda, by Vishnu Murthy, ACP was an unofficial one. He was previously working as DSP Task Force at Nizamabad, and later attached to the DGP Office on allegations and subsequently suspended in October 2024.

The police department stated that “it has come to our notice that Sri Vishnu Murthy conducted this press meet without obtaining prior permission from higher authorities or intimating any senior officer.

This action is a clear violation of disciplinary norms. We are forwarding a report against Sri Vishnu Murthy to the Director General of Police (DGP) for initiating disciplinary action. The DGP's office will investigate this matter and take necessary action”.

The police department reiterated that such actions will not be tolerated, and necessary disciplinary measures will be taken against those who violate the conduct rules.
