Indian cricket is witnessing a peak demographic across the globe with several countries and domestic clubs starting to look at Indian players as possible options.

Now we have the case of cricketer, Ananya Bangar, who is creating an interesting discourse on social media. This individual was born as a man to famous Indian cricketer Sanjay Bangar and later decided to transform into a woman after the surgery.

However, this decision to let her play in women’s cricket has drawn significant reactions on social media and South African, cricketer Marizanne Kapp has a strong opinion on the same.

This South African cricketer pointed out that it is ridiculous to allow a transgender person to play women cricket as the physical dynamic is completely different.

This has invited another strong reaction from Ananya Bangar as she had a very strong set of words to reply.

"I think people who want to raise their voice against it should actually educate themselves on this topic, and I've already provided the necessary information in terms of not having any unfair advantage and also complying with the guidelines set by Cricket Australia.

If anyone's personal opinion is in that sort of way, I hope they go and educate themselves". She added.

It turns out to be that this case of an Indian transgender cricketer has created a new topic of discussion in the global cricket Arena and it is leading to several discussions now.
