Will AP Vacate TS Buildings Or Pay Rents After The Tenure?

June 2 has a lot of significance as that day marks the bifurcation of two Telugu States. Giving into the long standing demand of a special state for Telangana, the state was carved out of the combined state making it the youngest state of the country.
As part of the bifurcation, the assets were divided and Hyderabad was announced the common capital for ten years. The tenure will end on the coming 2nd of June. Now it has become interesting to see what would happen. Will AP vacate the buildings or pay rents to use them is the question.
It is known that AP is using a few buildings already like the Hermitage building, the CID building, Lake View Guest House and others. Now the ball is in the court of AP to see what the state will decide.
A few reports say that the AP Government might pay the rents to use these buildings.
On the other hand, a new government will not be formed by then as the results would not be out. With this there is an opinion that AP might be allowed to use these buildings. For this AP has to pay the rents.
The government which will be formed in Andhra Pradesh might take a call on this. Until then AP might pay the rent.
The TDP government came up with the idea to have its own capital rather than combined capital. With this Amaravati was proposed as the capital city. After the YCP came to power it proposed three capitals.
People like Undavalli Arun Kumar felt that had the AP Government not gone for a special capital we might be having Hyderabad as the common capital of two states even after the tenure like how Punjab and Haryana are using Chandigarh.
