Chief Minister To Face Sensation ED Raid Followed By Arrest?

There is immense criticism towards the central agencies that they only go after the opposition leaders. The opposition parties leaders dominated the list of people who faced the raids and searches from the agencies. The opposition parties often accuse the Center of misusing the agencies and unleashing them on political opponents.
Adding fuel to these allegations, the agencies often conduct raids on the opposition leaders. Now what we are hearing is that the ED might be on the verge of sensation as it is likely to arrest the Chief Minister in the Excise Case.
No words can describe the sensation the alleged Delhi Excise scam created. Not just in the national capital, the issue increased the political heat in other states as well. A few people were also arrested including the Cabinet Ministers who later stepped down from the Cabinet.
Now it is being said that Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal might get arrested in the case following a raid at his house. Delhi Minister tweeted raising a big question. Atishi and Saurabh Bharadwaj raised the same doubt. In what would be seen as a safety measure, security was deployed outside Kejriwal's house.
The alleged doubt came in the wake of the Chief Minister skipping the summons. He missed three summons in a row in the case. With this, a new doubt was raised on whether the ED would arrest the CM.
A blame game has been going on between AAP and BJP over the liquor scam. While the BJP is saying that the agencies are following the due procedure, AAP is alleging vendetta politics. The case only added fuel to the fallout between the Centre and the Delhi Government over the governance.
As if that is not enough, the reports of possible arrest of the Chief Minister are doing rounds. In the wake of this, a few Ministers suspect that the Chief Minister would face an ED raid followed by a sensational arrest. Let us wait and see what happens in the case.
