Indian Cricket Players Humiliated By Ground?

It is already known that India is one of the biggest sporting teams in the world in the game of Cricket, and this has been the case for the last couple of decades. This is the reason why every country is fully prepared to host India in a bilateral series or an ICC tournament.

Now we have the case of the upcoming Asian games 2026, which is supposed to be hosted in Japan. This tournament is now facing a very serious problem as the BCCI is reportedly unhappy with the arrangements that have been made.

BCCI and ACC are not happy with the facilities and arrangements in Japan, and the board will send an observer there. The observer will submit its report to us, and if arrangements are not up to the mark, we could consider sending a B team, the statement said.

Apparently, Japanese cricket Association made very few arrangements for this tournament as they established changing rooms inside tents inside the stadium. There is no dedicated enclosure for the same for the privacy of the players.

On top of that, the washrooms have reportedly been arranged 500 m away from the area, which makes it extremely it tough for the players to actually access the same.

It is reported that the BCCI is not fully prepared to send the Indian players to the tournament if these are the standard of the arrangements that are made at the venues.

If India actually goes on to send the second tier team for the tournament, then this could be a completely different dynamic altogether.
