Ayodhya Trust Finalises Idol For The Temple!

The Idols that are placed inside the temple holds a lot of significance for the devotees as they see gods in them. Understanding this, the temple trust had put a special focus on the idols.

Ayodhya is one of the three disputed sites in India between two communities. The disputes have been going on for centuries. Putting an end to the long-standing disputes, the Supreme Court gave a verdict in favour of Hindus. The disputed land was given for the temple construction.

With the Court ruling coming in favour of the temple construction has been going on at a rapid pace. The consecration ceremony or the Prana Pratishtha at the temple is slated to commence on the 22nd of next month. Massive arrangements were made for the Bhavya Ram Mandir inauguration.

The Idols that are placed inside the temple holds a lot of significance for the devotees as they see gods in them. Understanding this, the temple trust had put a special focus on the idols. Three idols were prepared for the temple and a voting was held to pick one.

As per the information that is coming from the media reports, one sculpture from the three was selected which would be placed inside the garbhagriha. It is said that the idol was made depicting Lord Ram as a 5-year-old, Ram Lalla.

With just weeks left for the big ceremony, the Temple Trust is running against time. As part of this, the idol was fixed. Talking about the specialties of the idol, it is 51 inches in height. After following all the ceremonies it would be installed in the temple and devotees can have a Drashan after the consecration ceremony.

Ahead of the temple inauguration, Ayodhya city is also getting a few changes. The Prime Minister will inaugurate the Airport and Railway Station. The Ayodhya Dham railway station has been revamped with a few changes to meet the needs.
