The temple fever had gripped India as the much-awaited Ram Mandir inauguration will be held in a few days. Everyone has been waiting for the moment to arrive. The temple inauguration has a lot of significance as the centuries-old dispute was settled in the country's top court.
Everyone wants to witness the memorable moment and witness the historic moment. Government employees are not exemption from this. The government employees are reportedly requesting for leave on the pranpratishtha ceremony date.
Now the Union Government has come up with a piece of good news for the employees. A half-day leave was granted to the Central Government offices, Central institutions, and Central industrial establishments throughout the country.
All these establishments would be closed till 2:30 pm. The ceremony is slated to commence on the 22nd of this month. To allow the employees to witness the moment the offices would be closed on Monday till 2: 30 PM. An official release was also made by the Ministry.
The Ministry of Personnel Public Grievances and Pensions released an official note on the holiday. The Ministry said that the ceremony will take place on Jan 22 and to enable the employees to take part in the celebrations the decision was taken.
"To enable employees to participate in the celebrations, it has been decided that all central government offices, central institutions and central industrial establishments throughout India will be closed for half day till 1430 hours on 22nd January 2024," the release reads.
The Pran Pratistha ceremony of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya will commence on the 22nd of this month. Narendra Modi will participate in the ceremony and he already started a special fasting for this.
