Big Surprise In Counting: Big Names Facing Tough Fight!
Narendra Modi: The BJP star won Varanasi seat two times and contested the 3rd last week.
The majority of exit poll surveys including that of national media houses predictions, that the alliance is going strong in Andhra Pradesh. There is a huge difference in the lead between the alliance and YCP. While the alliance is leading over 150 seats, YCP is leading in the remaining seats. YCP Ministers are trailing in their seats.
On the other hand, the 2024 elections will go down as the most shocking polls for sure, The reason for this is this the big names are facing a tough fight with no big lead. This is the case with the state and at the Centre too.
Narendra Modi: The BJP star won Varanasi seat two times and contested the 3rd last week. Many predicted that the Prime Minister might record another big win. But the trends say the opposite. He is not having a big lead. At one point of time, he was trailing in the seat which is shocking.
Chandrababu Naidu; Everyone knows that he is the sitting MLA from Kuppam. He has been winning the seat for decades. Irrespective of who comes to power, CBN wins the seat. TDP supporters expected that he would win another time easily. But the counting came as a big surprise. He has a slight lead over Bharath. No one might have predicted that this would be the case with Kuppam.
Pulivendula: It is one of the much-talked-about seats in the state. It is represented by Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. He recorded the highest majority in the state earlier. In the same seat, he has just a 2000 lead.
Considering the three big seats the observers say that it is tough to predict the public pulse and we cannot come to a conclusion that leaders would win the sure-shot seats.
