US Singer Blasts Bihar CM Over Insensitive Comment!
Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar took a sensational decision and announced a caste-based survey in the state
Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar took a sensational decision and announced a caste-based survey in the state. The survey was conducted despite opposition from the opposition. It would have made the party stand as one of its kind to go ahead with the Caste Census.
But everything turned upside down with the objectionable comments made by Nitish Kumar. Talking about women's education in population control the Chief Minister made some objectionable comments. This became a big row in the state and the country. The opposition parties are targeting the CM.
Adding intensity to the issue, US singer-actor Mary Millbe reacted to the issue. She said that what happened was not good and the Chief Minister would have not said that. She gave her opinion on this on social media platform. Coming down severely on Nitish Kumar she said that if she is an Indian she would have moved to the eastern state(Bihar) and contested as the CM.
Adding further she spoke about the 2024 polls and highlighted Narendra Modi's efforts to empower women. Taking Modi's name did not go well with the opposition party leaders. A lady MP asked the singer to come to India to see what is happening.
As the singer spoke about a few issues in the country, Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Priyanka Chaturvedi said that she has opinions on Manipur and CM's comments and even the elections. Not happy with this, the MP said that the singer should come to India to see what is happening.
"Mary Millben has an opinion on Manipur. Mary Millben has an opinion on Bihar CM. Mary Millben has an opinion on who to vote for in 2024. Mary Millben should give up her US citizenship and move to India and seek citizenship of India so as to truly experience the magic of Modi ji sarkar. Till then Madam can please sit down," the MP said.
It is known that earlier US singer-actor Mary Millben became a sensation in India. When Modi visited the US she performed at the occasion and even touched the feet of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
