BJP MLA Asks To Stop Pushpa 2, Arrest Bunny and Sukumar
BJP Armoor MLA Paidi Rakesh Reddy has commented that Pushpa 2 is a deceptive film and it needs to be stopped from releasing in theaters.
The stage is firmly set for the theatrical debut of Allu Arjun and Sukumar's Pushpa 2. The paid premier shows for the film are commencing in a few hours from now and ahead of the same BJP MLA has made a set of atrocious comments.

The BJP MLA stated that the Allu Arjun and Sukku Kumar's collaborative film is a clear discussion of facts. He claimed that whatever content and the financial transactions associated with red sandalwood smuggling that has been shown in the film are entirely baseless and impractical.
Rakesh Reddy commented that a tonne of Red sandalwood barely costs ₹10 lakhs while it is shown in the film that a ton of sandalwood cost in upward of Rs 1 crore. He claimed that this propaganda set by Pushpa has badly influenced the youth and instigated them to cut down sandalwood trees.
Not stopping there, the BJP MLA openly stated that Allu Arjun and Sukumar must be put in jail for distorting facts to make money from their film. He seemed extremely agitated by the kind of content that was shown in the film, and he didn't mince his words while expressing the same.
He further called for an immediate ban on the film and requested concerned authorities to make sure that the film doesn't release as planned. Notably Reddy himself claims to be the only authorised red sandalwood dealer in all of India.
Whatever might be the reason, respected MLA, speaking ill of a film, like Pushpa a day ahead of the release and calling for the arrest of Arjun and Sukumar doesn't make for a good sight.
Meanwhile, as noted earlier, Pushpa two is all set for a big release on December 5, and it is projected to gross in the range of ₹250 crores at the worldwide box office on the opening day.
