Firebrand leader Revanth Reddy pulled off a big stint in the general elections. What happened can be seen as a historic achievement. Even the seniors had a few doubts about winning elections as BRS won two times and was confident of a third consecutive win. But Revanth Reddy proved everyone wrong.

The Chief Minister who is having the best time in his career has a special request to the high command as he wants the High Command to relieve him from the TPCC chief. He said that by July 7th his tenure as TPCC chief completes three years and hence he wants a replacement.

He had written to Party chief Mallikarjun Kharge and AICC General Secretary K. C. Venugopal on this and asked them to find a replacement before his tenure ends. He cited rules which say that a person can serve only three years as TPCC Chief.

There is a big buzz around possible Cabinet expansion in the state. Adding fuel to this the Chief Minister said he requested the party to find a replacement. If everything goes well we will see a new TPCC chief.

It would be interesting to see who can replace Revanth Reddy who had set a mark. In just three years he changed the fate of the party. He not only took Congress to power but also won eight MP seats in the elections.

On the other hand, Congress has been following the tradition of having different Chief Ministers and state chiefs. The tradition had to be broken for Lok Sabha polls as there was not enough time to find a replacement.

Talking about the TPCC Chief, the party might consider the community equations. Let us wait and see who would be picked as the replacement of Revnath Reddy who took Congress to power after ten long years.
