Pension Distribution Program: CBN Said Brand AP Be Rebuilt!

The alliance consisting of TDP, BJP, and Janasena put up a massive show in the elections and came to power in Andhra Pradesh. The promises TDP gave to the people should be dubbed as one of the key reasons for the win. Not forgetting that the government is working on implementing the schemes.

Increasing the pension amount is a major promise. Earlier the government announced increasing the pension amount and handing over the amount along with three months arrears which takes the amount to 7000.

Usually, we see the beneficiaries reaching the office to get the amount. But Chandrababu Naidu surprised one and all by hitting the roads to hand over the money. He met the beneficiaries and handed over the money. He met the beneficiaries and assured them that their issues would be sorted out.

After the program, Chandrababu Naidu addressed the gathering and made some serious comments on the last government. He alleged that the treasury was drained with the previous government going for debts wherever possible.

He also said that there is a need to rebuild the brand of the state which was damaged in the last five years. Due to brand damage industrialists feared coming to the state to make investments, he said.

Penumaka became the stage for the program to distribute the benefits of the scheme. The region falls under the purview of Mangalagiri, and TDP won with a record margin. While meeting the people there Chandrababu Naidu told them that they got a good leader in Lokesh who would help them.

It’s interesting that the first meeting to distribute the benefits was held in a place that falls under the Mangalagiri seat which is represented by Nara Lokesh. This is his first election win.
