Governor Post:Whom Chandrababu Naidu Would Pick?

Chandrababu Naidu aka CBN is a tall leader for the legacy he has. In the 90s he played a role in national politics. Cut to a few decades he is repeating the same. The younger generation got to know what he is and what he can do. TDP backed the BJP as an NDA alliance and two berths were given to the party in the Union Cabinet.

Earlier it was reported that TDP is demanding the Speaker post as it got the same post earlier. However, this might not happen as the BJP is said to be looking at granting the Governor post. It is said that the NDA asked the TDP to nominate one name as the Governor.

It is known that the Union government appoints the Governors. Narendra Modi’s third term as the Prime Minister started a few days ago. No big appointments took place in the period. NDA is looking at appointing a person as a Governor and asked NDA for suggestions.

Ashok Gajapathi Raju and Yanamala Rama Krishnudu are being considered for the post reportedly. CBN might pick one among them and suggest the name for the big post. Both leaders are seniors and held various posts. Raju Garu served as Union Minister.

With two big names in the race, it is said that one would be sent to Rajya Sabha as a nominated member as the other one would be appointed as the Governor. The issue is getting all the attention to see who would get the Governor's post. While there is no official word on this the reports are doing rounds.

On the other hand, it is not the first time such reports are out. The same happened when TDP was in power. The reports were put to rest with TDP backing out of the alliance.
