Gang R*pe Case On Women: High Court Passes Sensational Order!

It is already known that the kind of physical atrocities that are committed on women are truly boggling in nature. We observe many such cases of women getting badly abused in physical terms.

Now the Delhi High Court has passed a pretty sensational order with regard to the kind of activities that happen against the female population, and it is grabbing all the attention.

The Delhi court pointed out that gang r*pe cases can be filed against women if they’re involved with the crime. Even if a woman is directly not involved with the physical assault on another woman, they’ll face the consequences if they contribute to the crime.

This essentially means that a woman will be subject to this physical assault case if they are present at the scene of the crime and contribute to the entire incident. This does not just restrict to the convict male population, but also the females who are involved with this.

This would essentially mean that even women can be added in the physical assault cases from now on and it must be a very interesting outcome from here on. The fact that women can be prosecuted and accordingly dealt in physical assault cases on women is a pretty strong decision made by the Delhi High Court.

At the end of the day, it is a strong legal justifications like this that can set right the legal system, and the Delhi High Court has rightly delivered a strong verdict on this.
