Of late we have been hearing a flood of unfortunate incidents involving Indians in other countries. Be it attacks or incidents, the trend is raising many fears among the Indians. Now an Indian-origin man hit the headlines for the wrong reason as he lost his job at a bank and the authorities confirmed it.

Going into details, an Indian-origin man works at the Toronto-Dominion Bank, a financial institution in Canada. In what could be a big blow for him, he was removed from the position he holds based on the activities he does there.

The employee is also active on social media and he shares his activities. In a few videos, he said that he takes the items from the food banks and saves a good amount of money every month. These videos went viral and some users took the issue to the notice of the Bank administration.

In response, the bank said that what the person did didn't align with the values and culture of TD Bank, and the person was sacked from the job. The wrong actions of the person cost a big time and he lost the high paying salary.

While the practice is not followed in India, there is a concept of Food Banks. Those who don't have food can walk in and take whatever products there are present. The eateries and trusts place the food items so that those who don't have food can use them. The concept was started to help the needy.

Mostly the students use the banks and take the food. But the person in the case works in a bank and has a high-earning job. Despite this, he used the banks so that he could save some money which is not accepted.
