United States has found one of the most radical and unpredictable presidents in the form of Donald Trump and he is a man on a mission all the while. Now the discussion has started about the prospect of the midterm elections that are coming up shortly.

If we look at the actual prospect of Trump, winning the midterms in the United States, it can be understood that the prospect is very limited as of this point in time.

It must be kept in mind that Trump had taken several radical decisions against the immigration policies, which did not just irritate the immigration community but also domestic Americans.

On top of that, the ongoing conflict with Iran has also irritated a bigger section of the American population to a greater extent.

President Trump has rejected Iran’s proposal for a 7-day ceasefire and has told aides he expects to begin bombing Iran after the November midterms.

Iran’s proposal would have reopened the Strait of Hormuz and resumed nuclear talks in return for the US lifting its blockade of Iranian ports.

Trump is reportedly skeptical Iran will meet his demands and has told his staff that he sees a renewed bombing campaign as likely.

There are so many factors contributing to the anti-incumbency against President Trump, and it has to be seen how this would show an effect on the actual midterm elections could be coming up shortly.

There have been multiple political reports about how Trump could be impeached if the midterm elections are held on immediate basis. He had been trying to cover up the same by announcing cash incentives to Americans in the name of tariffs as well.

As of now, things are not looking promising for president at this point, and only time will tell if he can actually be successful in the midterm elections if they’re held anytime soon.

There hasn’t been a single positive approach that Trump had taken in order to gain the Goodwill of the American votes. The only thing that he had done to a positive degree is instructing companies to prioritise American workers over foreign workers.

But this decision was also taken very recently, and it is to come to implementation fully. So we have to patiently wait and see what would be the midterm of come for Trump as things are not looking for him at this point.
