What is the future of Gannavaram sitting MLA Vallabhaneni Vamsi Mohan? What he will do now and is his future looking a big question? These are the questions many have for the MLA looking at the current developments. The general elections are not that far and these questions popped up.

It is known that Vamsi has been traveling with the ruling YSRCP despite winning elections on the TDP ticket. It is said that Vamsi is one of the targets of the TDP as the party wants to defeat him at any cost. With this, it is clear that TDP won't give him a ticket and if he has to get a ticket then only YCP has to grant it.

But it appears that Vamsi might not get the Gannavaram ticket, his sitting constituency. It is said that he was given a clear indication that he wouldn't get Gannavaram ticket and was asked to pick between Penamaluru and Mylavaram.

But Vamsi wants to contest from the Gannavaram seat which he currently represents. The two seats he was offered are new seats and there is no assurance of his win there.

While this is what he thinks, things are different in the Gannavaram seat. The local leaders are said to be not happy with him and if he is given the ticket then they would not work for the party.

It is said that the doubts about Vamsi possibly getting the Gannavaram ticket made Yarlagadda Venkata Rao, who was YCP candidate in the last elections leave the party, He joined the TDP and was appointed as the in-charge.

Though Vamsi won the elections despite the Jagan wave, he cannot be given credit for winning as various aspects played a key role in this. It is said that the YCP knows this better and wants to shift him to another seat.

What Vamsi reportedly thinks is that he might not have better winning chances if he moves out of the Gannavaram seat. Considering all these points many say that Vamsi’s political future and what he will do now is the question.
