The volume of the sizing down operations and layoffs amongst the global companies has been on a shocking rise in the recent times. Particularly the situation started to get that much worse after the Covid era and the subsequent recession.

Even top companies like UPS and Amazon have been firing a substantial portion of their workforce, and this is an indication of the fact that global companies are undergoing a meltdown.

It isn’t like only the IT companies are sizing down their operations, but even labour workforce companies are going this way and largely cutting down their operations.
