Governor Misses Flight As It Took Off Without Him!

The breach of the protocol has a big weightage in politics. The term is used to describe a situation when the required protocol is not followed. We heard the term many times in Telangana. It is known that Telangana Chief Minister and Governor had some issues and they openly made comments against each other.

Now the term is sending shocking waves in the country. A breach of protocol was alleged in Karnataka. In an unexpected incident, an AirAsia flight traveling from Bengaluru to Hyderabad took off without the Governor who was supposed to travel in it.

Going into details, Karnataka Governor Thaawarchand Gehlot was supposed to board the Hyderabad flight. His luggage was also checked in and he was waiting at the lounge for the flight. To his surprise, the flight took off leaving him behind. The Governor was supposed to attend a convocation.

Media reports say that the Governor's team is shocked by this and filed a complaint with the concerned authorities. With this, AirAsia swung into action and launched an investigation to look into the incident. The airline expressed its regret for what happened and said that appropriate action would be taken.

Having said that, the airline maintained a team of its organisation is in touch with the Governor's office to look into the issue and address it. Air Asia also said that it is committed to the highest standards of professionalism and it values the relationship with the Governor's office.
