Shocking: PG And Degree Graduates Applied For Sweeper Jobs!

Recently the Haryana government announced a drive to recruit sweepers. It is said that the salary for the job will be Rs 15000. Despite this thousands of applications are said to have been received. Degree and Postgraduate candidates also applied for the jobs.

Media reports say that more than 46,000 postgraduates and 6,000 graduates applied for the jobs. It is said that the jobs might be made permanent soon and this made them apply for the jobs.

On the other hand, a few candidates reportedly said that the salary is Rs 15000 which is higher than the salaries offered in many private jobs, and with this, they have applied for the jobs. While there is no official confirmation about this, media reports say the same.

People are saying that this is an example of the seriousness of the unemployment issue as even postgraduate and graduate people also applied for the sweepers jobs that offers Rs 15,000 as the salary.
