United States president Donald Trump has been on the mission to irritate the Indian immigration population and he is doing everything in his power to make sure that the Indian community has a tough time there.

Now the situation is so very complex that Indian origin, people and coincidentally Telugu community, people themselves are filing cases and lawsuits within the community due to the complex situation.

Going into the story, an Indian H-1B contract worker paid his employer almost $100,000 to keep the Michigan job that provided him with a path to a green card and citizenship, according to a lawsuit filed by the Banias Law firm.

This originated after an Indian origin, individual hired a Telugu guy for his private company and kept him on payroll in order to comply with the H1B regulations.

Then they successfully petitioned for him to join their team on an H-1B visa and things looked up for the employee.

But Defendants then started demanding plaintiff to pay his own salary while the defendants also refused to provide Plaintiff pay stubs, which are necessary for H1B holders to transfer to a different H-1B employer, unless Plaintiff paid them.

Then, when employee pushed back, they threatened him with ICE, threatened his father, and continued to refuse to pay him. These acts constitute labor trafficking, forced labor, and document withholding are crimes.

It is shocking to see the Telugu community indulge in such extreme action regarding the HNB policy that has been modified by the United States immigration authorities.

It is evident that Donald Trump plan to irritate the Indian community is clearly working as internal conflict and fights have started to break down already.
