100 Feet Hanuman Statue In Texas State!

Constructing a Hindu temple in America used to be a very rare sight earlier. But things have changed and Hindu temples are coming up in various places and prayers are offered. On the other hand, the statues of Hindu deities are being constructed. Following the same a new statue is inaugurated.

A massive statue was set up in Houston city in the state of Texas in America and it was inaugurated. On the premises of Ashtalakshmi Temple in Houston, a Hanuman statue was inaugurated which is named the Statue of Union. The statue is around 100 feet tall. Special poojas were performed for four days on the occasion.

Chinna Jeeyar Swamy graced the occasion as the chief guest. The events which reflect the Indian culture and traditions were performed under his guidance. People participated in the occasion in big numbers. Flowers were showered from Helicopter during the inauguration of the statue. Jai Veera Hanuman chants filled the premises.
