Haryana Govt Brings transparency In Recruitment Process!

Making an obstacle-free process for the candidates in job recruitment will be a big achievement to any government. The BJP-led state government is banking high on the same achievement. No more corrupt practices will be entertained as far as the recruitment process is concerned.

Everyone is talking about the achievement of the Haryana government in correcting the mess in the recruitment process. The BJP government brought many groundbreaking reforms in the recruitment process so that the merit candidates will get the jobs and candidates with recommendations would not be entertained.

Earlier the corrupt practice of the Parchi-Kharchi system used to be entertained where bribes and recommendations used to play a key role in government job recruitment. This keeps deserving candidates and merit candidates away from the jobs.

Having seen the problems faced by the aspirants to secure government jobs as those who can get recommendations get jobs easily and candidates who put in efforts for months together would. In what could be a big step to help the candidates the government worked on making the process a fair one.

For a transparent process of recruitment, the state government launched ‘Mission Merit’. Under this, a fair process will be followed in the recruitment so that no one gets an advantage and everyone will have equal opportunities and equal treatment. It would be no exaggeration to say that what the Haryana government did in putting an end to corrupt practice will be an example to other states too.
