Breaking: How Many HMPV Cases In India?

The hugely controversial and awakening, HMPV virus outbreak in China has been a leading cause of concern to the global population. There have been several reports about how China is handling the situation while the virus is at large affecting the larger sections of the common public.

In this context, there are some new developments and here is looking into the same. In view of this situation, the condition in India has been a topic of discussion.

As per the latest reports that have surface on social media today, it is being established that India has reported a total of 3 HMPV virus cases till now. This is shocking because of the fact that all these three cases were reported across India in the same day.

None of the mentioned cases have any travel history, which makes the fact that they contacted the virus very unassuming. With this, there are three new official cases of the virus contraction in India, and this is a cause of concern now.

There are two cases of infants with virus in Bengaluru while one other case was identified in Ahmedabad. This takes the total to 3 cases across the country, and sadly, all three of these cases are reported amongst infants.

It is further established that infants aged under five years, particularly prone to this virus and caution is to be exercised at all times.
