TCS Love Jihadi Case: Massive Problem In Hyderabad!

It is already known that the corporate explosion that happened with regard to the love Jihadi case in the TCS campus in Nashik is becoming a national sensation. And now the repercussions are being felt in the IT industry in Hyderabad as well.

Telangana BJP leader Bandi Sanjay has commented that “After the Nashik corporate jihad case, Telangana cannot sit silent and wait for its turn.

Hyderabad has lakhs of IT employees. Their workplace must be for careers, not coercion, harassment, religious targeting, exploitation or secret pressure networks.

I urge Telangana DGP for an immediate meeting with all major IT company heads, especially HR teams. Put strict accountability in place. No complaint should be buried. No victim should be isolated. No management should look away.

Many employees are already sharing incidents from offices on social media. Do not ignore these warning signals.

Company heads, HRs, Managers are requested to treat employee safety and dignity as a top priority, encourage open reporting, and address every concern with seriousness and fairness.”

It appears that the situation that happened in Nashik has alerted the entire IT ecosystem in India and certain measures are being taken to prevent any such occurrences here.

This could be considered as an extremely important step in Hyderabad, which has been emerging as one of the main destinations for IT employees in recent years.
