The 2025 comprehensive power rankings clearly show that India is rising faster and stronger than ever.

The list places the United States at Rank 1 with a score of 80.4, followed by China at Rank 2 with 73.7. But the biggest highlight is India at Rank 3 with a solid 40.0, officially entering the league of major powers and showing a strong upward trend.

This jump reflects India’s growing economic scale, expanding global partnerships, technological progress, and increasing military strength. Among all major powers, India is the only one showing such steady upward movement.

Japan follows at Rank 4 with 38.8, while Russia stands at Rank 5 with 32.1, both slightly behind India’s momentum. Middle power rankings include Australia at 31.8, South Korea at 31.5, and Singapore at 26.2, all maintaining consistent performance but still trailing India’s influence.

Vietnam records a significant gain of +1.2, North Korea jumps +1.5, and China adds +1.0, but India’s stable climb positions it as the strongest rising force in the region. Among minor powers, Cambodia scores 9.5 and Bangladesh 9.0, though Bangladesh sees a downward trend.
