As we had been extensively reporting, the number of antisocial activities involving the Indian community in the United States has been on a constant rise. Now here’s the case of a pathetic Indian doctor who faces elongated jail sentence for his inhumane actions.

A Michigan court has handed a harsh sentence to Oumair Aejaz, a former physician, after finding him guilty of secretly recording women and children over several years. He has been sentenced to a minimum of 35 years and a maximum of 60 years in prison for multiple counts of sexual misconduct, shocking both the local community and the medical fraternity.

The case surfaced when Aejaz’s wife approached police after discovering hidden recordings inside their home. This led to a detailed investigation, during which authorities uncovered concealed cameras placed not only in his residence but also in locations such as hospitals, changing rooms and other private spaces.

Digital forensic experts later recovered thousands of disturbing videos from laptops, mobile phones and external hard drives seized from him.

During the sentencing hearing, several victims delivered emotional statements, describing the deep mental and emotional trauma caused by his actions.

One of the victims publicly confronted Aejaz in court, highlighting the lifelong damage inflicted on those who trusted him. The judge strongly condemned his behavior, calling the crimes unimaginable and a complete betrayal of trust, especially given his position as a doctor.

The court observed that no punishment could truly undo the harm caused, but stressed that the lengthy sentence was necessary to ensure justice and protect society.
