Incidentally, this Massachusetts teenager used ChatGPT to craft disturbing stories about killing his family. He has now been arrested for allegedly killing his mother and younger brother inside their home.

Arjun Aravind, 17, was detained Wednesday morning after his mother Sudha, 45, and younger brother Siddharth, 14, were found dead with inside their home the previous night, according to police.

In the days before the killings, Aravind had allegedly been exhibiting concerning behavior online. This includes the usage of artificial intelligence to explore fantasies about his family's deaths and the ways to kill them.

His search history showed he had used ChatGPT for theoretical ideas or fantasy stories regarding the killing of his family.
