Shocker: Suicide Bombing On US Tanker Kills Indian!

An Indian national was killed after an attack on a US owned oil tanker amid the escalating conflict in West Asia. The incident involved the tanker, which was reportedly targeted by an Iranian explosive laden boat near Iraq.

According to reports, the attack occurred near the port of Basra and the nearby Khor Al Zubair region inside Iraqi territorial waters. The vessel, which is owned by a US company and sails under the Marshall Islands flag, was struck during the assault, leading to a fire and severe damage to the tanker.

One Indian crew member on board the ship died in the attack. The identity of the victim has not yet been publicly released. Authorities confirmed that the remaining crew members were rescued and moved to safety in Basra after the incident.

Officials said the tanker was attacked by what has been described as an Iranian suicide boat, highlighting the growing risks faced by commercial shipping in the region.

Maritime security agencies reported that multiple vessels have recently come under attack as tensions between Iran, the United States and its allies continue to intensify.
