Apparently, the larger section of the Indian community job holders in the United States and also students are potentially looking at Indian employers as they are unable to bear the situation in the US.
Until 2024, the volume of the Indian students, travelling abroad and particularly to the United States was through the roof, but things change it quickly after the arrival of Trump administration. His decision to impose curbs on employment opportunities and also living conditions have made it tough for the Indian population.
So we have arrived at a point where the major majority of the Indian students in the United States are contemplating a shift back to India, which is a significant cultural setback. But in a way, this is a good thing, considering that India will be benefited by this talent pool in the days to follow.
