The alliance picture of Andhra Pradesh is clear now with the opposition parties coming together. The three parties BJP, TDP, and Janasena came under one roof for the alliance as they did in 2014. The parties also came to a common opinion on seat sharing.

The TDP which received the major share of seats is yet to announce the full candidates for the polls. Given the experience of Chandrababu Naidu, many felt that he might announce the candidates in a single stretch. But Chandrababu Naidu surprised everyone by announcing candidates in a phased manner.

Chandrababu Naidu announced the candidates with three lists. What’s even surprising is that six seats were kept aside and there is no clarity on the seats. Many say that Chandrababu Naidu is being too picky with the seats.

Six seats are yet to be announced:

1.Cheepurupalli

2.Bheemili

3.Darsi

4.Aluru

5.Rajampet

6.Anantapur Urban

These are the seats the TDP is yet to announce the candidates and there is an opinion that Chandrababu Naidu is being too picky. A few reasons are said to be the reasons for this.

If we talk about Cheepurupalli, the TDP boss wants Ganta Srinivasa Rao to contest the elections. But he is said to have other plans and hence TDP did not take a call on this.

Looking at the other seats, issues like big competition between the leaders and uncertainty over the candidates are resulting in the party not announcing the candidates .

A few leaders are aspirants for the seats and pinned high hopes on them. Picking one aspirant will make others angry and they might become rebellious. Considering this TDP boss is said to be pacifying them that they will get good posts after coming to power.

If the talks give a good outcome then we might see the six seats and remaining MP seats getting candidates. Let us wait and see what the party does.
