The polling for the general elections in Andhra Pradesh concluded on May 13 and the results will be out on the 4th of June. A big debate has been going on about the results with the analysis, expectations, confidence, and predictions around it. The observers say that compared to others the YCP is more confident.

There has been a lot of anticipation around the results ever since the polling was concluded. Many say that a few scenes that were reported on the polling booth hint at the victory of the YSRCP. As an example of this, elders and women rushed to the polling booths in the morning to cast their votes.

As a result, the polling was recorded at a massive level. While a section of people try to paint the high voting percentage as anti-government, the observers say that votes might be pro-YCP. After the polling Jagan Again in power discussion started in the state.

A few stories that appeared in a section of media that has the image of anti-YCP also add fuel to the opinion that YCP might have an edge in the elections. There is an opinion that YCP might form the government again. The majority of analyses we have been hearing for the last two weeks also hint at the same.

The observers say that Jagan is successful in taking the message to the public that he had implemented 95 percent of the promises he made in the 2019 manifesto. People were impressed with this and cast their votes for the YCP is what they say. The observers also say that people’s trust in Jagan increased with this.

Many say that the pensions issue played a big role. 10 days before the elections, Volunteers were stopped from handing over the pension benefits to the beneficiaries. Elders and handicapped people went through a lot of troubles with this and they reportedly think Chandrababu is responsible for this. These scenes made them think about what would happen if Chandrababu comes to power.

As an additional advantage to the party, all the aspects turned in favour of YCP at the time of the elections. The way a section of the media tried to make something out of nothing is said to have worked in favour of Jagan. Considering all these factors many say that victory is locked for YCP.
