Is There A Clarity On The Jamili Elections?

The thing is that voters who are voting for the BJP in the Parliament elections are ignoring the party in the Assembly elections

Update: 2023-09-30 06:08 GMT

Did the law commission give clarity on the Jamili Elections? Well, the answer is yes. It is said that the commission said it is not possible for the Jamili elections in 2024. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is very much interested in the Jamili elections. Narendra Modi and Amit Shah are making big comments on the same. They have been saying that the costs will be reduced and if the elections are held once then the focus can be kept on development. Everyone knows that these are not the reasons.

The thing is that voters who are voting for the BJP in the Parliament elections are ignoring the party in the Assembly elections. In many states, people are preferring the regional parties. With this, Modi's aim of spreading wings across the nation is falling short. For the same reason. BJP is adding more states to its fold by dethroning the governments there. BJP dethroned Congress governments in Karnataka and Madhya Pradesh.

It tried the same in Rajasthan but could not succeed. As dethroning the AAP government in Delhi was tough, it is troubling the Kejriwal government by keeping the gun on the shoulders of the Lieutenant Governor(LG). There are many such examples. To see that people will vote for the BJP in the Assembly elections, Modi thought of the Jamili elections. Modi believes that with the Jamili elections, people will vote for BJP in Parliament and Assembly polls.

With this, they are talking about the Jamili elections. It is not possible to go for the Jamili elections suddenly. Because at least 16 of 30 states should say yes to this. It is not possible without the consent of the states. Considering all the aspects, the Law Commission said that Jamili elections are not possible in 2024. It said that it would submit a report after conducting a study before the 2024 polls. The Commission said that there are chances for the Jamili elections in 2029. It looks like Modi has to wait till then.
