Apparently, this incident happened in Bihar and these two minor kids were caught by the local public and they were badly assaulted. The videos of the crowd carrying away the girl is also going viral now.

There is a lot of public backlash on this topic already with people starting to comment that it is extremely against the social standards for the crowd to behave in such a way.

When control is mistaken for culture, and such attitudes are normalised by Andhbhakts, mobs start believing they are the law.

Every individual in that video must be identified and prosecuted under POCSO, and justice must be swift. And if the incident happened on September 19th, why are the culprits not behind bars yet?, Rahul stated.

This incident has set extreme negativity on social media against the Bihar government, and the concerned policy department. So it is now the responsibility of the top authorities to make sure that the culprits are put to action.
