The sensation is none other than Popular YouTuber-turned-politician Barrelakka. She is contesting the upcoming elections as the independent candidate from the Kollapur constituency. On social media, she has a good following and she is getting good response from people.
Now she got good support in the form of JD Laxmi Narayana. He spoke highly about her and made some inspirational comments while talking about the B.Com graduate Barrelakka who is trying her luck in the ballot box fight.
JD Laxmi Narayana said that youth should come into politics making Barrelakka their role model. However, he said that youth should contest elections as independent candidates instead of joining the parties.
JD reached the Bollam village of Kollapur assembly limits to campaign for the candidate. He said that Barrelakka is doing a great thing and it takes a lot of courage to do so. He said that she made a great decision at the small age of 25 years and that youth should see her as a role model.
He went on to say that youth should prefer contesting elections as independent candidates instead of joining any parties and compromising on their values.
It has to be mentioned here that JD Laxmi Narayana has been supporting Barrelakka ever since she announced the decision to enter politics. Now he took a step ahead and campaigned for her.
The other day the High Court of Telangana gave orders to the DGP and Election Commission to provide security to her. After her brother was attacked Barrelakka moved the Court to seek protection. With this, the Court said that protection should be provided for her meetings as well.
