Did KCR Give Silent Shock To Kavitha?

Kalvakuntla Kavitha is yearning to become the new political face of Telangana and she is doing everything in her power to attain this status. She even had a very positive update by gaining TRS name for her party which is already famous with the Telangana folks.

However, it appears that Kavita gaining access to TRS party name which was earlier publicized and proudly represented by the BRS has not gone well with the BRS leadership.

Notably, the Election commission was recently approached by certain entities who protested the issuance of the iconic TRS name to Kavitha’s party. Neither KCR or KTR were directly named in this petition against Kavitha getting access to TRS name but the implications are fairly obvious here.

But Kavita is in no mood to let go off the TRS name and she has approached the Delhi High Court on this matter.

In her petition, Kavitha said the EC raised objections to the proposed name and asked her to suggest an alternative that does not resemble the abbreviation TRS. This itself could be too much confirm that BRS leadership is behind this development.

During the hearing, the High Court observed that Kavitha’s proposed alternative, Telangana Rakshana Sena, could also be interpreted as "TRS." It turns out to be that Kavi Tata might not have access to any party name that abbreviated to TRS.

The court directed Kavitha to first submit a proper reply to the Election Commission's notice, stating that entertaining the petition at this stage would amount to interfering with its functions.

People are commenting that KCR and KTR could be silently working against the issuance of this party name to Kavitha and she could very well be facing the repercussions for the same now.
