Kavitha, the daughter of former Telangana Chief Minister KCR has been facing allegations in the much-talked-about Delhi liquor scam. As a big twist in the case, She was taken into custody by the ED. A team of ED officials reached Hyderabad and conducted raids. Later she was taken into custody and shifted to Delhi.

It's been one month since she was arrested. She was arrested by the ED on the 15th and last month and today is the 15th. In one month many things happened. First, she was sent to custody and then to the remand. She did not get bail in the case.

First Kavitha moved the Court seeking bail saying that her son has exams. But the ED opposed this saying that she might influence the witnesses. Her petition was denied a few times. After this, the CBI made a sudden entry.

The CBI officials questioned her in custody by seeking the court’s permission. Later the agency arrested her. When she was in ED custody, she was arrested by the CBI. The petition she filed in the court opposing her arrest did not give her any relief.

Now the latest twist is that the Court awarded judicial custody for her for nine days. She was given to custody till the 23rd of this month. With this, she would be sent to Tihar jail.

Looking at the timeline of the events, she was arrested by ED on March 15th. She was sent to custody for ten days. After this, a judicial remand was imposed. On the 11th of this month, she was arrested by the CBI. Later she was given into custody.
