KCR is a name that needs no introduction. He played a key role in the last stage of the special state movement. Very rarely we see leaders getting a chance to participate in such movements and coming to power. But KCR achieved both the things that make him special.

KCR has an unmatched legacy. He started his career as an MLA and became Minister. Later he became the Chief Minister and even focused on national politics. After a long time, we saw a regional leader focusing on national politics. But everything had gone for a toss.

KCR and his national politics dream saw a big speedbreaker when the party lost the elections and Congress came to power. The party which sounded confident of recording a third consecutive win fell short of the magic figure.

After the election defeat, BRS has been seeing the leaders leaving the party for others. A few MLAs and MPs left the party already. Despite this, he made sensational comments on national politics.

When asked about national politics, KCR is believed to have said that he wouldn't mind being in the PM race and that the regional parties would play a key role in the Center.

Looking at his comments many wonder if he is overestimating himself. The current narrative is that the elections are seen as a fight between BJP and the INDIA block. A few surveys are saying the BJP would have an advantage.

Now KCR says he might be in the race. Even if the INDIA block projects him as the PM face, the other leaders would object to this.

On the other hand, no one can assure whether BRS can win all the MP seats in Telangana. Even if the party wins all 17 seats, KCR has a few chances. Despite this, KCR is saying he would be in the PM race which is a big surprise.
