One of the most shocking incidents in the recent past happened in the form of the murder of young entrepreneur, Ketan by his fiance, Siya Goyal. This incident is continuing to grab the attention while the accused lady is currently in police custody along with her boyfriend Chetan.

The court sent Siya Goyal and Chetan Chaudhary, the two accused in the alleged murder of realtor Ketan Agarwal, to 14 days of judicial custody after refusing the police request to conduct a polygraph test without their consent.
The duo had declined to undergo the lie detector examination, and the court observed that such a test cannot be carried out unless the accused voluntarily agrees to it. Following the hearing, both were shifted to Yerawada Central Prison.
Investigators say the refusal could affect the course of the probe and are now exploring the possible involvement of a third person in the alleged murder conspiracy.
The fact that they have rejected the polygraph test could be a strong indication of the kind of criminal internet that went into the murder in the first place and could further strengthen the case.
