In the intricate dance of politics, where alliances and rivalries shape the rhythm, TDP MLA Kolikapudi Srinivasarao finds himself caught in a tempest. The recent decision by Thiruvuru Panchayat to join NTR Bhavan has sent ripples through the Telugu Desam Party (TDP), prompting the party's leadership to summon Srinivasarao for an urgent discussion. Party president Palla Srinivasa Rao, along with other key figures like Vijayawada MP Keshineni Sivanath and Varla Ramaiah, sought clarity on the unfolding events in Tiruvuru. Kolikapudi acknowledged his role in the discontent among party cadres, expressing his commitment to address the issues and announcing a workers' meeting scheduled for Sunday.

The situation escalated as media representatives lodged complaints against Kolikapudi with Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, alleging that he had humiliated them during interactions. They presented evidence of threats made by the MLA, urging the CM to take action. In response, Naidu assured them that he was aware of the situation and would work towards a resolution promptly.

Adding to the controversy, a group of women from Tiruvuru has called for Kolikapudi's suspension, accusing him of sexual harassment and sending inappropriate messages via WhatsApp to female employees. Protests erupted on the main road in Chittela, with women demanding accountability from the MLA. The community expressed their distress over his alleged misconduct, calling for protective measures against him and warning that their protests would intensify if no action was taken.

In a bold move, Kolikapudi challenged his accusers, stating that if the allegations were true, he should be punished; if not, those making false claims should face consequences. He claimed that one of his accusers had attempted suicide multiple times as part of a conspiracy against him. Despite these claims, local leaders have pointed fingers at Kolikapudi for engaging in illegal activities like smuggling gravel and sand. Amidst this turmoil, he announced plans for a rally titled "Save Tiruvuru," although it was later canceled at the behest of TDP leadership. The unfolding drama highlights the complexities and challenges within regional politics as Kolikapudi navigates accusations and seeks to maintain his standing within the party.
