The opposition BRS is eyeing the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. The party wants to leave the general elections, defeat baggage, and move forward. With this, crucial meetings are being held in the MP segments to fill the josh in the cadres and the leaders. Lok Sabha elections are crucial for the two-time winning party.
BRS working president KTR is taking an active part in these meetings. Now he made crucial comments on the Malkajgiri seat and said that the main fight in the constituency is between the BRS and BJP and the Congress is not in the picture as it fielded a weak candidate.
Saying that the old days are coming back, KTR said that the main fight in Malkajgiri is between BRS and BJP. The fight would be tough but only two parties are in the race. Congress has no candidates here and hence a weak candidate was announced, he said.
Talking about the Congress party KTR said that the party did not implement the guarantees it announced and hence it has no right to ask for the votes from the public.
On the occasion, he also made some crucial comments on the slogans of Jai Shri Ram and said that such slogans will not fill the stomach and get jobs. He urged the BRS leaders to create awareness for the kids who make these slogans.
KTR said that the BRS activists should make kids understand that rising Jai Shri Ram slogans will not fetch food and employment. They should know that they should vote for those who talk and fight for them in the Parliament.
Attacking the BJP alleging that it seeks votes by dividing the people, KTR said that BRS is the secular party as Muslims and Christians were given equal importance in the party. This should be taken to the public, he said.
