They are unable to spend time with their parents, spouses can't go out and watch a movie or play with their children," Kunamneni articulated. His observations reveal a disturbing trend of deteriorating health among IT workers and a significant decline in their quality of life owing to overwhelming work commitments.

Furthermore, Kunamneni lamented the loss of personal time for IT employees, noting that their work schedules have encroached upon weekends and disrupted the natural distinction between night and day. "These IT employees do not know what a night or day looks like. Even their weekends are robbed in the name of work from home," he remarked.
