Relief For Amit Shah: MCC Charges Dropped Against Him!

It is common for the leaders to aggressively campaign during the elections. However they should be careful on what they speak or do or the election code would be effective. Going against the rules would land them in trouble and they might even attract a case.

The same happened with Union Minister Amit Shah. During the recent Lok Sabha polls a case was registered against him and Kishan Reddy under model code of conduct.

In what could be a big relief to Amit Shah the charges were dropped against him. It is said that the charges were dropped by the concerned police.

As per the media reports the concerned cops found that the violation was not done wantedly and hence the charges were dropped.

Looking at the reasons behind the case, during the campaign two girls met Amit Shah when he was campaigning and the girls held the BJP flags. On the grounds of encouraging girls during the campaign a case was filed.

Telangana saw an intense campaign for the Lok Sabha elections with the parties giving their best. National parties BJP and Congress won eight seats each with BRS drawing a blank.

During the same campaign the case was filed. However the charges against Amit Shah and Kishan Reddy were dropped.
